Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes (this includes shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order, etc.).

Tracking
When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be emailed to you. 

MINIMALIST is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are shown as delivered by the shipping carrier.

U.S. Domestic Shipping
We offer ground shipping on all U.S. orders within the lower 48 states for a flat fee of $10. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the carrier. If you need your order sooner, express shipping options will be available at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are free on U.S. orders if items are sent back within 14 days of your order date. All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original MINIMALIST tags attached.

International Shipping
Exact available shipping options and rates for your destination country will be presented at Checkout. 

Taxes & Duties
Deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country.

Taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees. International transit times may vary due to delays at customs.

For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will remain responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the return.

Delivery Times
Order processing takes 1-3 days. Once your order is shipped, the delivery date estimate on all U.S. orders is 1-5 business days, dependent on the third-party carrier. Express shipping timeframes will be shown at checkout. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please reference delivery times at checkout for the most accurate forecast.

We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
