If you would like to exchange your product, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.

Products must be returned in new condition with all tags attached to the item(s) and within 14 days of the order ship date. To initiate your return, please email our Customer Support at info@minimalist.nyc This is where we will issue you a Return Slip and a prepaid shipping label. We offer free returns on all U.S. orders within the lower 48 states. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), and for all international orders, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please print out your Return Slip and include it in your package along with your original invoice. All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible for return, no refund will be processed.

Returns that are sent more than 14 days of the order ship date, or which are not accompanied by a Return Slip, or are otherwise sent without authorization cannot be accepted at our facility and will be returned to the sender. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. 

We are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

If we issue a refund, please allow 3 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Duty and taxes cannot be refunded on international returns.

Receiving a Refund
You will receive your refund back to the original payment method. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your product, please contact our Customer Support team at info@minimalist.nyc.  We offer complimentary shipping for exchanged products. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Complimentary shipping for exchanged products is not offered at this time to international addresses.
